I reinstalled the Ethernet Driver 26.4 for Windows 10. If you have questions, please let us know. I downloaded the latest 26.6 Ethernet Driver pack and extracted the zip file and tried launching the autorun application, but I observed no install driver button. I tried to check the website of your board and at the moment, the supported OS is still Windows 10. Since your Network adapter is onboard, have you tried to check with Asus if the board already supports Windows 11 and if yes, do they have a complete set of drivers including the network adapter that will work with the OS.
Please check the link below for reference: Upon checking, I219-V is not yet validated for Windows 11 and if you are going to open the readme text files of the driver that you download, the driver is for Windows 10 as of the moment.
